Acoelorrhaphe
This palm grows multiple stems forming clumps 12 to 15 feet wide and 20 feet tall. It is native to South Florida and is referred to as the Everglades or Paurotis Palm. It is a very handsome fan palm when the trunks are kept trimmed enough to see their details. It requires moderate water and is cold hardy to zone 9b. The leaves are damaged at 25f degrees and stem damage occurs around 20f.
