Cycas

This genus is the largest of the cycads with over 100 species. It contains some of the most cold tolerant cycads, especially those from northern Southeast Asia and China. Many of these Cycas are endangered and listed on CITES 1. They are relatively easy to grow and make great foundation plants for the cold hardy garden.
